In coordination with corporate leadership, you will oversee overall branch performance—operations, quality, compliance, staffing, budgets, growth, and culture—with direct accountability for results.
Position Responsibilities:
- Full P&L / budget ownership: build, manage, and monitor branch budget and performance.
- Lead day-to-day hospice operations, staffing, hiring, retention, and team development.
- Drive quality outcomes, survey readiness, and compliance with all federal/state hospice regulations.
- Partner with local referral sources and community stakeholders to support census growth.
- Ensure strong execution across admissions, patient care operations, and KPI performance.
Requirements
- Must have hospice experience (required).
- Must be local to Cleveland with deep local market knowledge and established contacts/relationships.
- 3 years hospice operations management (minimum).
- Proven budget responsibility: budget development ongoing monitoring.
- Broad knowledge of federal/state regulations and hospice administration.
