- 10- hour shifts
- On call during the weekdays until midnight
- Holidays
- Flexibility to work weekends and swing shifts in ER when surgeons are on PTO

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Veterinary Technician
- Demonstrated excellence in nursing care and critical thinking skills
- Strong desire to learn and grow in the role.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
- Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and limited on-call duties (as needed).
- Proficient in calculating doses and administering intravenous drugs and fluids
- Capable of monitoring patients under anesthesia (ventilator experience is a plus!)
- Strong client communication skills to obtain histories and review post- operative concerns
- Skilled in obtaining and analyzing laboratory samples (blood, urine, and stool)
- Experience in catheter placement
- Strong time management, initiative, and task prioritization skills
- Compensation is based on experience and skill level. $23 - 29/hr.
