- Planning team events, celebrations, appreciation weeks, and morale boosters
- Assisting with recruiting support staff including phone screens and hospital tours
- Helping organize trainings, town halls, and employee engagement initiatives
- Creating fun monthly newsletters and internal communications
- Supporting day-to-day operations and compliance tasks
- Being a friendly resource for employees and helping foster a positive culture

- Comfortable juggling multiple projects

- Experienced in HR, administration, recruiting, hospitality, or employee experience-related work
