- Overnight differential: Base pay $3.50/hour for hours worked between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM

- Welcome clients, patients, and visitors with professionalism and compassion
- Educate clients and referring veterinarians about hospital services and specialty departments
- Provide support and guidance to clients both in person and over the phone
- Schedule appointments efficiently within our multi-specialty referral and emergency hospital
- Manage incoming calls, emails, reminders, and follow-up communications
- Maintain accurate client and patient records within the hospital information system
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure a seamless client experience
- Assist with administrative and front desk operations in a fast-paced environment
- Handle sensitive situations with empathy, professionalism, and discretion
- Previous customer service, client care, reception, or administrative experience required
- Veterinary, medical, emergency, or specialty hospital experience preferred
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and compassionate in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing records and communications
- Comfortable working collaboratively with clients, veterinarians, technicians, and support staff
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional client service
- Fluent English speaking and reading skills required
