Our radiology service plays an integral role in the diagnosis and management of complex cases across multiple specialties, allowing you to maintain meaningful clinical connections with patients and colleagues while enjoying flexibility in your caseload.
You'll collaborate closely with specialists in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Surgery, Emergency & Critical Care, and other services to deliver the highest level of care. Our Internal Medicine and Cardiology teams have a strong interest in interventional and endoscopic procedures and are eager to partner with a Radiologist who shares a collaborative and innovative approach to medicine.

- Advanced diagnostic and treatment capabilities including MRI, CT, Fluoroscopy, Interventional Radiology, Endoscopy, Ultrasound, Transesophageal Ultrasound, Digital Radiography, Plasma Exchange, Mechanical Ventilation, High Flow Oxygen, and more
- Interpret a range of imaging modalities to support diagnostic workups across departments
- Collaborate with specialists to integrate imaging findings into case management
- Provide timely reporting, with defined turnaround expectations and flexible teleradiology options
- Help develop and refine imaging protocols
- Mentor team members on imaging best practices
- Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams to provide seamless, compassionate patient care
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with pet owners during stressful and emotional situations
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture built on collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning
- DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for Washington state veterinary licensure
- Board Certification in Radiology (ACVR) or residency-trained status
- Strong communication skills with a compassionate, client-centered approach
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care
- A passion for continuous learning, teamwork, and advancing specialty medicine
- Interest in maintaining clinical collaboration and participating in a highly integrated specialty team environment
