Red Bank Veterinary Hospital (RBVH) now located in Red Bank, NJ, proudly opened its new, state-of-the-art facility in May 2024—an expansive, 100,000 square foot space nearly twice the size of our original Tinton Falls location. - Flexibility for occasional weekend/overnights desired

As a Veterinary Client Service Representative, you'll be the welcoming face of our hospital, helping create an exceptional experience for clients while supporting our doctors, veterinary technicians, and hospital team in a fast-paced specialty environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and patients with professionalism and compassion
- Check patients in and out for appointments
- Schedule appointments and recheck visits
- Coordinate front desk operations and support hospital workflow
- Assist families through the euthanasia paperwork process with empathy and sensitivity
- Discuss payment options and process client transactions
- Process daily estimates and financial reports
- Prepare schedules, maintain medical records, file documents, and complete administrative tasks
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct urgent calls to the appropriate clinical team
- Coordinate communication between clients, doctors, and veterinary staff
- Support student training and mentorship opportunities as needed
- Maintain a positive, organized, and client-focused environment
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Fluent English skills (speaking and reading) required.
