Client Services Representative - Pet Emergency Treatment

Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available, 10-hour shifts (24-hour emergency hospital)

This position involves greeting clients, coordinating patient flow, and serving as the essential link between clients, doctors, and technical staff. In your day-to-day, you will:
- Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer service
- Manage high call volumes and client check-in/check-out processes
- Accurately maintain client records and financial accounts
- Triage incoming cases over the phone and in person
- Offer compassionate support to grieving or stressed clients
- Resolve service issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain excellent communication between clients, staff, and veterinarians
- Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture
What You Bring
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent phone etiquette, listening skills, and emotional intelligence
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working both independently and as part of a team
- Previous veterinary or medical experience preferred
- Proficiency with office software and phone systems a plus
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care
