The Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator will work out of our warehouse facility in Fort Worth, Texas, and report to the Director, Warehousing & Logistics Operations. The key responsibilities and duties of this position include, but are not limited to: Responsible for efficiently managing outbound shipments, collaborating closely with carriers and customers to resolve scheduling issues and ensure accurate dock scheduling. Provides overall support and execution of duties in a warehouse setting Identify potential process problems and work with the management team to resolve them. Manage daily order and task production in our warehouse management system Assist with inventory control tasks, such as the creation and uploading of ASNs into the 3PL WMS system Assist with inbound and outbound transportation, including scheduling loads and maintaining customer portals Reconcile transportation and other logistical invoices Provide support to the Vendor Compliance department Assist with inter-company communication and requests, such as but not limited to document collection for accounting audits. Assist and execute international documentation for outbound shipments Maintain knowledge of Transportation/warehouse process details related to shipping, such as weight, loading, and storage requirements Manage key metrics such as cost of delivery and on-time performance Analytical experience is a plus. Other duties as assigned MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Excellent communication skills Must have a strong working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office skills. Must be willing to submit a background check and pre-employment drug screening Must be eligible to work in the US PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 1-2 years of working experience in a warehouse environment Bachelor’s degree Experience working with NetSuite Prior experience working in a warehouse environment Prior experience with transportation scheduling/Planning. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Ability to push, pull, carry, or lift to 25 lbs.
