What are the responsibilities and job description for the Head of Technology position at Ethos National?
Company Description
Ethos is an in-person, peer-led small group program that supports college men in overcoming pornography use and other sexual behaviors that undermine personal freedom and healthy relationships. Launched at the University of Notre Dame, Ethos welcomed over 150 students during the 2023 academic year, demonstrating strong demand for a community-centered, relational approach to formation and accountability.
Building on that success, Ethos has rapidly expanded and is currently active on six college campuses: the University of Notre Dame, Hillsdale College, Franciscan University of Steubenville, Benedictine College, Oklahoma State University, and the University of Tulsa. Across these campuses, Ethos serves hundreds of students through structured small groups led by trained peers.
As the organization continues to scale, Ethos remains committed to fostering personal growth, responsibility, and integrity through shared leadership, consistent accountability, and a culture of honesty and mutual support.
