We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients, assisting with various procedures, and ensuring a smooth operation within the dental clinic. This position requires a strong understanding of dental assisting practices, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
Duties
- Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures.
- Prepare and maintain the treatment area, ensuring it is clean and organized.
- Record patient vital signs and medical histories accurately.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Manage instruments and materials, ensuring they are sterilized and ready for use.
- Maintain patient records and assist with scheduling appointments as required.
- Support team in administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficient clinic operations.
Requirements
- 2 years experience in dentistry as a Registered Dental Assistant
- Active State Dental Board license
- Knows how to work with: Autoclave, X-ray machines, CBCT, Ultrasonic, O2 and N2O, Intra Oral camera, handpieces, Scanner.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Energetic and hardworking.
- Unquestionable integrity.
