Ethos TBI is seeking a skilled, compassionate, and detail-oriented Nurse Practitioner to join our growing specialty practice in a full-time role based in Tallahassee, Florida.
Our practice is dedicated to the evaluation and treatment of traumatic brain injuries (TBI), serving personal injury patients through an integrative, patient-centered approach to healing.
Position Overview
The Nurse Practitioner will provide in-office and telehealth care to patients with traumatic brain injuries. This role includes clinical evaluations, diagnostic testing, and performing intranasal PRP procedures, along with follow-up and ongoing patient support.

- Lake City, FL
- Monday–Thursday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations related to traumatic brain injury
- Perform and assist with in-office testing and intranasal PRP procedures
- Provide telehealth consultations and follow-up appointments
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care aligned with Ethos TBI values
