Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Career Development Coach - Aptitude to join our Training Delivery department. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting training sessions, creating content, and overseeing the development of training programs aimed at enhancing employability skills. This position requires a strong command of Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability, and Soft Skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions in Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability, and Soft Skills (both online and offline).
• Develop and revise training content for Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability, and Soft Skills.
• Create e-learning modules to support the training programs.
• Design tests and assignments for Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning Ability modules.
• Deliver webinars, video presentations, and live YouTube sessions.
• Train and periodically assess trainers, providing feedback and monitoring their improvement.
• Review demonstration sessions of external trainers.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
  
  

Requirements

• B.E / B.Tech degree in any branch.
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in training Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning Ability, and Soft Skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong expertise in Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning Ability.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality training programs.
• Experience in creating high-quality training content.
• Good working knowledge of e-learning platforms and training methodologies.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• Ability to adapt and switch tasks as needed.
• Willingness to learn new concepts and continuously improvement
