Shift Supervisor – 2nd Shift (Bilingual Spanish/English)
Location: Smyrna, TN
Type: Full-time | On-site
We are seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift warehouse operations. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be fully bilingual (Spanish/English).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily warehouse operations and supervise the 2nd shift team
- Manage shift schedules and staffing needs
- Oversee receiving, storing, picking, and shipping activities
- Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized warehouse
- Use WMS systems to track inventory and support logistics
- Train, mentor, and support employees on safety and warehouse procedures
- Coordinate shipping/receiving to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery
- Perform facility and equipment inspections
- Assist with physical tasks when needed
Requirements
- 4 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of logistics, shipping/receiving, and inventory control
- Experience in food/FMCG distribution environments is a plus
- Ability to operate material-handling equipment safely
- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) – required
- Must be available for 2nd shift
