HR & Payroll Analyst

We are seeking an HR & Payroll Analyst to support payroll administration and HR operations for our U.S. and El Salvador teams. This position is responsible for payroll processing, HRIS administration, payroll reporting, employee documentation, onboarding/offboarding, and ensuring payroll accuracy and compliance.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, highly organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Process and reconcile U.S. & international payroll data, commissions, bonuses, and payroll adjustments.
• Maintain accurate employee records within the HRIS.
• Generate payroll and HR reports and assist with audits.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for the El Salvador team.
• Maintain employee documentation and HR records.
• Respond to payroll and HR-related employee inquiries.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll and HR processes.
  

• 3 years of experience in U.S. Payroll.
• Experience with HRIS/Payroll systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience supporting HR processes and employee documentation.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
