DSD Sales Manager – Ethnix Group
Full-Time | Weekends Off | In Person
Ethnix Group is hiring a DSD Sales Manager with a strong blend of sales experience, team leadership, and logistics operations. This role oversees route sales performance, ensures product freshness, and builds customer relationships while coordinating closely with logistics, operations, and warehouse teams.
We’re seeking a proactive, results-driven leader with 3–5 years of DSD or sales management experience and strong people-management skills. Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop route sales teams
- Drive sales performance and meet revenue targets
- Maintain product freshness and service excellence
- Partner with logistics & operations to optimize routes and delivery flow
- Oversee route planning, inventory management, and delivery execution
- Strengthen customer relationships and resolve issues promptly
- Support continuous improvement and operational efficiency
- Ensure vehicle readiness and basic maintenance awareness
- Utilize CRM, ELD, GPS, and standard office systems
Requirements
- Strong sales background with proven results
- Experience leading and managing teams
- Solid understanding of logistics, routing, or delivery operations
- Valid driver’s license (3 years) and clean MVR
- 3–5 years in sales management (DSD strongly preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- CRM/ELD/GPS experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field (preferred)
- Bilingual English/Spanish
Salary : $60,000
