We are looking for a Marketing and Sales Specialist who will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies and managing the sales order process for some of our key clients. This role plays a vital role in ensuring our products are displayed, stocked, and promoted effectively at our valued customers' stores. Your focus is to maintain a seamless supply chain and create a positive shopping experience for consumers by checking expiration dates, short dates, and product displays. This position is ideal for a proactive, creative person with outstanding interpersonal skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Merchandising role:

  • Ensure our products are consistently stocked and displayed at customer stores.
  • Maintain relationships with key customers and understand their business goals to provide tailored solutions.
  • Drive sales opportunities through networking and provide expert consultation on Hispanic food and beverage consumption.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain Ethnix Group's reputation
  • Must be able to meet predictable attendance and punctuality expectations and physical demands of the position complying with Ethnix Group’s policies and performance expectations.

 Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and inquiries.
  • Handle sales order processing, ensuring accurate data entry and tracking of the process.

Results Analysis:

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, generating periodic reports and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Track sales and customer satisfaction, proposing corrective actions when necessary.

Internal Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure consistency in the delivery of products and services.
  • Participate in team meetings to share ideas and strategies.

Organizational Responsibilities:

  • Follows established policies and procedures by monitoring and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and operational processes related to area(s) of responsibility and reporting violations or infractions to appropriate individual(s).
  • Practices proper safety techniques in accordance with Company, warehouse, and departmental policies, procedures, and standards.

Work Hours (may vary by state or location):

This position is scheduled for 40 hours in a regular work week. Hours of operation vary by site and shift. Must be available to work on weekends when scheduled, and must be able to perform the essential job functions unaccompanied.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales and marketing.
  • Proficient in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with customers and the team.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate sales leads, conduct presentations, and close sales.
  • Must have reliable transportation.

Education/Experience:

Employment history that demonstrates the application and usage of a sales and marketing platform, internet, and CRM platform background sufficient to resolve customer complaints and issues and complete financial records, documents, and reports. Education bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.

Language Ability:

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to comprehend and complete legal documents, and answer questions in English. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Math Ability:

Demonstrated mathematical skills necessary to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers, decimals, and fractions, and calculate percentages to complete daily settlements, reports and inventory audits and other reporting information.

Reasoning Ability:

Demonstrated ability to apply sales skills, such as generating sales leads, conducting sales presentations, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills:

Demonstrated proficiency in word processing, TEAMS, and spreadsheet management programs in order to complete required reports and employment documents. Proficiency and fluency in using the internet.

Certificates and Licenses:

  • Mut have a current valid driver’s license is required. Reliable transportation required.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This job does not have supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment:

Incumbents must be able to physically access all exterior and interior parts of the warehouse and amenities.

Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to fifty (50) pounds independently.. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Routine, local travel may be required to attend training classes, conduct market research, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position.
