We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused Route Leader to join our team. In this role, you will work alongside a Route Driver to ensure deliveries are completed accurately, safely, and on time while providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading products during daily deliveries.
- Verify that all products delivered match the customer's order and are in good condition.
- Provide excellent customer service at each delivery location.
- Collect payments and ensure all required paperwork is completed accurately.
- Communicate any delivery issues or product concerns to the appropriate team.
- Help maintain an organized and clean delivery vehicle.
- Follow company safety procedures and delivery standards.
- Support the Route Driver to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
Qualifications
- Spanish fluency is required.
- English is a plus.
- Previous experience in delivery, route sales, warehouse, merchandising, or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move products throughout the day.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and verifying invoices.
- Dependable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
