- Create age-appropriate lesson plans, project prompts, and assessments that align with Ethlete Lab Academy learning goals
- Mentor students through the design process, from concept sketching to a playable VR experience
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment where every student feels empowered to create

- Basic proficiency in C# scripting within Unity
- Prior teaching, tutoring, mentoring, or camp counselor experience (formal or informal) strongly preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to break down complex technical concepts for young learners
- Patient, energetic, and adaptable — comfortable working with students of varying skill levels and learning styles
- Ability to manage a classroom environment and keep students engaged throughout sessions
- Reliable, punctual, and collaborative team player
- Background check required prior to working with minors
Bonus qualifications
- Experience with VR platforms such as Meta Quest, SteamVR, or OpenXR

- Background in game design, interactive media, or computer science education
- Portfolio of personal or student-led Unity or VR projects
- Experience teaching STEM, coding, or creative technology to youth
