ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, enhance, and maintain FIS Profile DDA v6.2 / AMR99 applications across Development, QA, Release, and Production environments.Modify and support highly customized Profile DDA implementations (25 years of enhancements) across 12 separate EMEA and AD branch instances.Develop and maintain PFW (Profile for Windows) front-end components written in PowerBuilder.Perform bug fixes, enhancements, and new feature development based on business requirements.Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and review vendor-delivered fixes/enhancements prior to deployment.Document all code changes and perform unit testing before handover to QA, Release, and Business teams.Provide production support, including investigation of issues related to deposits, payments, and interfaces with upstream and downstream systems.Support Profile database maintenance, archiving, and data integrity activities.Lead and contribute to Profile Upgrade / Replacement Assessment & Discovery efforts and support future implementation projects.Conduct technical design workshops and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Support additional initiatives such as ACH Back Office, Cash Management System enhancements, Foreign Exchange interfaces, Electronic Statements, Audit & Reconciliation controls, and Market Reference Data integrations.Required Skills10 years of hands-on experience with FIS Profile DDA in banking environments.Strong expertise in Profile v6.2 / AMR99 development and support.Advanced programming experience in MUMPS and PSL (Profile Scripting Language).Solid experience with PFW (Profile for Windows) using PowerBuilder.Experience working with legacy, highly customized core banking systems.Strong understanding of deposit applications, payments, and banking interfaces.Familiarity with development and deployment tools such as UrbanCode, Perforce, and ServiceNow.Experience across the full SDLC including development, testing, release, and production support.Ability to analyze complex legacy codebases and lead technical upgrade assessments.Company DescriptionAt Ethire Solutions, we combine deep recruiting expertise with the power of AI/ML-driven talent intelligence, helping us build smarter talent pipelines and accelerate hiring outcomes — even for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
