What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Youth Program Site Coordinator position at ETHIOPIAN TEWAHEDO SOCIAL SERVICES?
Basic Function
Responsible for supervising site staff, recruiting students, facilitating the youth program activities, maintaining site, and performing program-related assignments as needed by the Youth Program Director. This is a part time position for 20 hours per week with 12 hours required from 3pm-7pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. The site location is 5918 Sharon Woods Blvd., Columbus, OH, 43229.
Responsibilities
1.Coordinate development and implementation of all aspects of the after-school and summer programs.
2.Manage all day-to-day operations of the program sites, including organization, maintenance, cleaning, safety, and security.
3.Maintain student files, progress reports, attendance, and other necessary participant documents
4.Establish and maintain relationship and communication with youth and parents and staff regarding student’s needs and progress.
5.Establish and maintain communication with the participant’s school regarding student’s needs.
6.Assist in facilitating partnerships with agencies that provide services to students and families.
7.Coordinate and recruit tutors and tutor volunteers
8.Plan curriculum activities and supervise implementation.
9.Supervise, manage, and evaluate staff.
10.Perform tasks pertinent to achieving goals and objectives required by Youth Program grant, or as deemed necessary by Program Director.

Experience
