Role Description
We’re seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to lead a small billing team and own specialty and infusion billing end to end. This is a hands-on leadership role: you’ll both run the function and stay close to the work, with real ownership to shape how the revenue cycle operates.
What you’ll do
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2–4
• Own specialty and infusion (buy-and-bill) billing, denials, PAs, and reimbursement
• Drive accuracy and accounts-receivable performance on complex, high-dollar claims
Qualifications
• Specialty pharmacy and infusion billing experience
• Proficiency with prior authorizations, units-based billing, J-codes
• Denials and appeals experience
• Strong understanding of commercial and Medicaid payer requirements
• Proven accuracy and accountability with high-value claims
Preffered
• Clotting factor (bleeding disorders) and/or monoclonal antibody billing experience
• 340B experience
• Copay assistance and assay/dispense-to-bill reconciliation
