Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Contract Negotiation & Drafting: Negotiate favorable terms, conditions, and risk-allocation provisions for high-value electronic security proposals, subcontracts, and teaming agreements.
- Compliance & Regulations: Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, including FAR/DFARS (if government-focused), export controls, and corporate security policies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal legal teams, technical project leads, and external vendors/clients to resolve scope, schedule, and data-protection redlines.
- Risk Management: Identify potential operational, financial, and legal liabilities in system integration, maintenance agreements, and hardware/software flow-down provisions.
- Administration & Execution: Monitor contract performance, modifications, funding profiles, and invoicing accuracy from project kickoff through closeout.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Pre-Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive contracts management experience, ideally within defense, technology, or large-scale physical security integration.
- Requires an active U.S. Government Secret and the ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.
- Deep working knowledge of commercial and government contracting frameworks, exceptional negotiation capability, and strong cross-functional leadership.
