Job Overview
Ethereal Berries Farm is looking for an experienced RO Technician / Water Treatment Technician to operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain our reverse osmosis and water treatment system.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working hands-on with RO equipment and has experience with electrical controls and system troubleshooting.
Main Responsibilities & Skills:
- Experience with reverse osmosis (RO) systems
- Experience with VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives)
- Experience with PLCs and control systems
- Monitor and troubleshoot pumps, motors, pressure, flow, and filtration equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and identify system problems
- Assist with adjustments, repairs, and optimization of the RO system
- Comfortable working with piping, valves, pumps, sensors, and related equipment
- Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
- Keep the system operating reliably and efficiently
Preferred Qualifications
Previous hands-on experience with commercial, agricultural, industrial, or large-scale RO/water treatment systems is strongly preferred. Electrical, mechanical, controls, or water-treatment experience is a major plus.
This is a full-time, long-term position based at our farm in LaBelle, Florida.
Pay: $30–$40/hour depending on experience.
