About the Role
We are hiring a Registered Nurse to provide intermittent skilled nursing visits, assessments, and supervision of care plans in a home health setting.
Responsibilities
- Initial and ongoing patient assessments
- Development and updates of care plans
- Skilled nursing visits ( evaluations, vitals)
- Supervisory visits for CNAs/HHA staff
- Documentation and compliance reporting
- Communication with physicians and care team
Qualifications
- Active Georgia RN license required
- Minimum 1 year nursing experience preferred
- Home health experience a plus
- CPR certification required
- Strong documentation skills
Compensation (Pay Per Visit):
- Start of Care (SOC): $160
- Reassessment Visit: $110
- Supervisory Visit: $65
- Discharge Visit: $90
Schedule
- Part-time or PRN / Flexible
- Visits scheduled per patient need

- Pass background screening
- Complete TB screening
- Provide valid ID and work authorization
- Demonstrate professionalism and compassion
- Maintain client confidentiality (HIPAA compliance)
