Ethel Janes is a small, from-scratch, family-owned restaurant and cocktail lounge located in Old Town Lewisville. We're looking for someone who enjoys taking care of people just as much as they enjoy working in the kitchen.
This isn't a traditional restaurant position. Our team works together across the restaurant, so you'll spend part of your shift preparing food, part serving guests, and part helping keep everything running smoothly. If you enjoy variety and like being part of a close-knit team, we'd love to meet you.
Because we're a small team, everyone pitches in. We believe no task is beneath anyone - from baking bread and making soup to washing dishes, serving guests, and sweeping floors. We work together to create an exceptional experience.

- Follow established recipes to prepare soups, salads, sandwich components, baked goods, and other menu items.
