RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about State Farm Insurance products and services, including property & casualty and life & health coverage.
- Assist customers with policy applications.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, professional responses.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Meet or exceed sales and production goals through proactive marketing and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with agency departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must hold or have the ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses (license reimbursement available after 90 days of employment).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education a plus.
Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
