What You’ll DoDrive artwork sales through walk-in traffic, referrals, networking, relationship-building, and proactive outreach.
Build relationships with collectors, designers, executives, referral partners, and premium clientele.
Deliver a polished in-gallery experience that converts visitors into long-term collectors and advocates.
Lead two secular breathwork / meditation sessions daily, four days per week, focused on calming the nervous system, reducing stress, increasing presence, and creating a welcoming environment.
Use these sessions to generate recurring foot traffic, deepen relationships, and organically introduce new visitors to the gallery.
Manage a small overseas support team assisting with outreach support, lead generation, administrative tasks, and digital execution.
Oversee smooth gallery operations including scheduling, presentation standards, client follow-up, and day-to-day professionalism.
Support openings, private appointments, collector events, collaborations, and strategic growth initiatives.
Who You AreProven performer in sales, luxury retail, hospitality, private clubs, real estate, client advisory, business development, or another relationship-driven field.
Polished communicator with executive presence and natural warmth.
Comfortable discussing premium products, guiding buying decisions, and closing meaningful transactions.
Highly organized, self-directed, accountable, and energized by results.
Strong leadership instincts with the ability to manage others and create momentum.
Motivated to earn $100k annually through performance.
Experience with art, design, wellness, events, or lifestyle brands is a plus.

ScheduleTuesday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Some weekends required for openings, private appointments, and special events.
Primarily in-person in Solana Beach.
Compensation SnapshotTiered commission structure rewards higher monthly sales volume.
10% on first $20,000 monthly sales
12% on $20,001 to $40,000 monthly sales
15% on sales above $40,000 monthly
2% bonus on self-generated business.
Commission paid on cleared funds.
