Compensation
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $16.00 to $19.00, depending on experience.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- No experience necessary.
- Ability to set up & operate multiple machines after 90 days training.
- Ability to read standard routing sheets after 90 days training.
- Basic math with an emphasis on fractions and conversions.
- Understanding of lumber species and grade specifications to achieve maximum yield after 90 days training.
