We’re currently hiring Flaggers/Traffic Controllers for crews near Catskill, NY.
Pay: $19.50–$20.50/hour, depending on the crew.
What You Need to Get Started:
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Ability to stand for 8–12 hours a day
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong awareness of surroundings
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Safely direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic through work zones
- Help protect the safety of your crew and the public
- Stay alert and follow all traffic and safety regulations
- Great overtime opportunities
- You’ll be outdoors instead of stuck behind a desk

- Most crews are off on bank holidays
- Some crews work four 10-hour shifts (hello, 3-day weekends!)
