Cherry Picker Forklift Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate a cherry picker forklift to pick, stage, and move inventory throughout the warehouse
- Accurately select, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
- Perform routine equipment checks and follow all warehouse safety procedures
- Help maintain inventory organization and assist with cycle counts as needed
- Work with team members to meet daily shipping and production goals
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Adapt to changing priorities and support general warehouse operations as needed
- Prior experience operating a cherry picker forklift required
- 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred, especially in order picking or fulfillment
- Forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience with inventory systems is a plus
- Additional material handling or forklift certifications are a plus
