Compliance Associate Responsibilities

• Support company compliance programs, policies, and internal procedures
• Review documentation and business practices to ensure adherence to regulations and company standards
• Assist with internal audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments
• Monitor regulatory updates and communicate relevant changes to stakeholders
• Maintain organized compliance records, reports, and tracking systems
• Assist in researching and resolving compliance-related issues
• Prepare summaries, reports, and presentations for leadership
• Support employee training and compliance awareness efforts
• Work with multiple departments to implement corrective actions and process improvements
• Assist with requests from auditors, regulatory agencies, and internal teams
• Participate in special projects and other administrative initiatives as needed
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, Legal Studies, Public Administration, or a related field
• Internship experience or 1-3 years of experience in compliance, auditing, administrative support, finance, HR, legal support, or risk management is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to grow professionally
