Position Overview
ETFC Architects is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex projects and support our growing practice. This role is ideal for a senior architect with a strong background in project delivery, team leadership, and client engagement.
The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and will be responsible for guiding projects from initial planning through construction completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison between clients, consultants, and project teams
- Lead project planning, including schedules, work plans, and resource coordination
- Oversee all phases of design and documentation, ensuring alignment with project goals
- Manage budgets, timelines, and regulatory requirements
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
- Provide technical leadership and ensure design solutions are practical and to ETFC Standards.
- Facilitate internal design reviews and contribute to design development
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, vendors, and permitting authorities
- Mentor and support team members to maintain high performance and quality standards
