- Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by maintaining strong
- Ensure daily accuracy of shipping dispatch list.
- Assist team members to deliver products/services that meet or exceed
- Provide proper response and compensation to customers on time.
- Maintain complete and accurate customer correspondence data.
- Develop and update client related reports.
- Managing client relationships to build a reputation for excellent

- Identify and develop problem solving methodologies to resolve
