Position Objective
The operations manager position manages local scheduling and real-time
operations that facilitate the
maximization of resources (human and automated) to achieve customer
satisfaction, productivity,
schedule adherence and economic goals.

This job operates primarily in the shop environment, and in an office
environment. This role routinely

occasionally exposed to fumes or
airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise
level in the work environment and
manufacturing sites can be loud. Requires wearing appropriate PPE in
certain areas of the workplace.

- Technical or trade school certifications/diplomas preferred.
