Job Overview
Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for driving results in a fast-paced, automated manufacturing environment? We're looking for a Production Supervisor to join our team and lead by example in a dynamic production setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations on the production floor to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets
- Oversee automated equipment, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with maintenance when needed
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of production employees
- Monitor KPIs, production schedules, and workflow efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety policies and manufacturing best practices
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Maintenance, and Logistics
- 2 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong background working with automated systems or machinery
- Proven ability to lead in a high-speed, high-volume setting
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement initiatives
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
