About The Role
As a Coordinator, Operations Excellence, you will support the North America Supply Chain and Logistics teams by executing process improvement, safety, quality control, and training initiatives across multiple facilities. You will play a critical role in maintaining audit readiness, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring accurate reporting while upholding a culture of safety and quality.
This role operates in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment, requiring consistent movement throughout the facility while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

About The Role

What You’ll Do
- Support safety and quality programs by conducting floor audits, walkthroughs, and training to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Train administrative and warehouse teams on processes, safety procedures, and quality control checks to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Monitor and support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, load/unload times, outbound scanning, and wash plans.
- Perform daily reporting on inventory, backlog, shortages, and ensure accurate, timely data entry into SAP.
- Assist with incident reporting and investigations related to safety and quality concerns, supporting corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for safety, quality, and inventory controls.
- Collaborate with logistics, operations, and warehouse teams to coordinate activities ensuring smooth shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance safety, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Ensure the facility remains audit-ready for safety and operational standards.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2 years of experience in a shipping/receiving or warehouse environment; logistics or supply chain experience preferred.
- Bilingual (English and Spanish).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); SAP experience a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, documentation, and ability to follow processes.
- Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, and performing physical activities in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to lift/move items over 25 pounds as needed.
