2nd Shfit Operations Supervisor – Fast-Paced Wash Center

As a fast-paced industrial wash center, we specialize in cleaning, sanitizing, and processing reusable plastic containers (RPCs) that support the food supply chain across North America. Our operation is focused on maintaining a clean, efficient, and safety-focused workplace while delivering high-quality service and supporting continuous improvement in a high-volume production environment.

We are currently seeking a hands-on, motivated Operations Supervisor to lead operations in our fast-paced production environment and help drive performance, accountability, and team success.

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, supporting employees on the floor, ensuring safety and GMP compliance, and driving productivity and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills in a high-volume operation.

• Supervise and support production employees during assigned shift
• Ensure safe work practices and compliance with company policies
• Monitor production flow, staffing, and operational performance
• Support GMP, food safety, and housekeeping standards
• Coach employees on performance, attendance, and workplace expectations
• Communicate effectively with Operations, Maintenance, and Leadership teams
• Assist with training, onboarding, and employee development
• Complete production documentation and shift reports
• Address operational issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a positive and respectful work environment

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, or production environment required

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills

• Experience working in a fast-paced production environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Ability to complete reports, track production, and communicate professionally through email
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Experience with GMP or food manufacturing environments is a plus
• Flexible schedule to support operational needs

• Core Hours: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
