Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and support organizational growth. The ideal candidate will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations, ensuring alignment with company goals. This role requires a proactive leader with strong communication skills and a comprehensive understanding of human capital management practices. The HR Manager will collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that foster a positive workplace culture and drive performance excellence.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and employee orientation programs.
- Manage employee relations by addressing workplace conflicts, conducting performance management reviews, and facilitating employee evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws such as FMLA, OSHA, and workers' compensation regulations.
- Administer benefits programs and manage payroll systems using platforms like BBSI, Workday, ADP, Paychex, or Ceridian.
- Lead training & development initiatives to enhance employee skills and support career growth.
- Supervise HR sourcing activities and utilize HRIS systems such as BBSI, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, or Taleo for data collection and analysis.
- Manage HR program implementation including change management, process improvement, and HR project management.
- Conduct negotiations related to employment contracts and benefits administration while maintaining confidentiality.
- Provide guidance on HR policies, contracts, OSHA standards, and legal compliance to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning initiatives related to human resources.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, FMLA, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation laws, and benefits administration.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting strategies, and employee sourcing using ATS platforms like Taleo or iCIMS.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience managing HR teams or cross-functional projects.
- Expertise in performance management systems and employee evaluation processes.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, UltiPro, Kronos, Paylocity or ADP for data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to lead training & development programs while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Skilled in conflict management techniques and program management methodologies.
- Strategic thinker with experience in organizational design, change management, budgeting, process improvement, and human capital management practices.

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is required and 10 years in Human Resources, or a combination of education and experience.
- SHRM certification preferred
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
