Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home care and support to clients
- Assist with personal care and hygiene support (bathing, grooming, toileting).
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety.
- Administer medication reminders and assist with management.
- Foster emotional well-being through companionship and social activities.
- Prepare nutritious meals based on dietary needs.
- Maintain a clean-living environment with light housekeeping.
- Provide transportation and/or running errands as needed.
- Document care and report changes in client conditions.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Preferred experience with young adults, adults, elderly, or disabled individuals.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Transportation: Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license required.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work nights and weekends is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable with bending, standing, and navigating stairs.
