Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Property Consultant, based in Hyde Park, NC. The Property Consultant will be tasked with advising clients on property buying, selling, and renting decisions. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing property listings, maintaining relationships with clients, coordinating site visits, and negotiating property deals. The role also involves staying updated on market trends and legal regulations related to real estate.
