Key Responsibilities::
- Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done! Within the Auberge family, our people always find new ways to look after the business, their guests, and their teammates. Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are::
- Assist Events and Catering Managers with the day-to-day operation of events. Including but not limited to verifying setups, ensuring functions start on time and creating relationships with meeting and wedding planners. :
- Assist Events and Catering Managers with the preparation of Resumes, master accounts and group files. :
- Assist Events and Catering Managers with the day-to-day operation of events. Including but not limited to verifying setups, ensuring functions start on time and creating relationships with meeting and wedding planners. :
- Elaboration and distribution of Banquet Event orders for both group and internal events. :
- Prepare event contracts, banquet event orders, resumes, and banquet checks.:
- Support team to achieve annual budgetary goals for occupancy and revenue.:
- Execute email requests.:
- Continually update Delphi:
- Assist with the development of bookings :
- Plan and organize Familiarization Trips. :
- Act as a backup sales resource to the sales team. :
- Ability to plan and execute Site Visits. :
- Other duties as assigned.:
- Must possess broad knowledge of all aspects of high-end hotel operations, with a strong emphasis on sales & reservations. :
- Ability to multi-task and take direction from multiple managers.:
- Ability to work independently, effectively, and efficiently.:
- Available to plan and conduct site visits with clients. :
- Superior customer service skills are essential.:
- Self-starter, and problem-solving thinker.:
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English both verbally and written.:
- Excellent time management skills.:
- Strong organizational skills are required.:
- Ability to professionally represent the resort and interact with guests in a polished, responsible, and timely manner.:

- Local, Mexico area, US or European experience preferred.:
- At least three years of experience working in a hotel sales capacity.:
- Computer-literate: the ability to confidently and effectively navigate a variety of programs, including but not limited to Delphi, Opera, and Google Suite.:
- Working knowledge of reservations and sales & catering systems.:
- Knowledgeable of hotel industry contracts including consortia & OTA.:
- Knowledge of food and beverage, hotel and spa operations:
