Job Title: Supply Chain Planner / Buyer
Location: O’Hara Township, PA (Onsite)
Duration: 12 Months Contract
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Planner/Buyer to support material planning and procurement activities in a fast-paced, regulated environment. This role focuses on ensuring consistent material supply, maintaining inventory targets, and supporting production and customer demand through effective planning and supplier coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage material supply schedules to align with production and customer demand
- Perform material planning, forecasting, and inventory management activities
- Coordinate with suppliers/vendors to ensure timely material availability
- Resolve supply disruptions and implement corrective actions
- Support supply planning, order management, and supply reviews
- Maintain SAP planning parameters (MRP, inventory, supply settings)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, procurement, and operations teams
- Contribute to process improvements and supply chain efficiency initiatives
- Support product lifecycle activities including launches and transitions
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of total professional experience
- Minimum 3 years in Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, or related Product Supply discipline
- Hands-on experience in material supply, supply planning, or buyer role
- Strong experience with SAP / MRP / ERP systems
- Experience with inventory management, forecasting, and supplier coordination
- Background in Life Sciences, Pharma, Medical Devices, or FMCG industry preferred
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
