Beds: 20

Day Shift Staffing: 1 charge, 4 RNs, 2 CNAs

Night Shift Staffing: 1 charge, 4 RNs, 2 CNAs

Patient Ratios: 1:5 (up to 1:6 stretch depending on acuity)

Patient Population:

Inpatient overflow (mixed Med-Surg and Step-down patients)

Short-stay patients (

Quick turnover environment

Equipment: Telemetry (all patients hardwired to bedside monitors if indicated)

EMR: Cerner

Requirements

Must Have (Non-Negotiable):

• BLS & ACLS (Required certifications)
• Telemetry competency
• Progressive Care experience
