Job Title: Payment Operations Specialist-
Location: Tampa, FL
Pay Rate: $23 - $25/hr on W2
Duration: 3-6 Months (Possibility of Extension)
Job Summary:
• Contractors will be responsible for providing professional client and payment operations support, including but not limited to the following:
• Support clients through onboarding, testing, and migration while serving as the main point of contact.
• Handle payment operations, including file transmissions, reconciliations, and issue resolution across all payment channels.
• Ensure accurate client setups, troubleshoot problems, and maintain compliance with security standards.
• Execute migration plans, coordinate testing and signoffs, and report progress to project leadership.
Resource Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in client-facing financial services or payment operations roles.
• Hands-on expertise with Wires, ACH, H2H, and API payment processing.
• Strong communication, project management, onboarding, and implementation.
Salary : $23 - $25
