  • Number of Staff: 25 Nursing, 20 Therapy
  • Staffing Model:
  • Day Shift: 1 Charge Nurse, 23 RNs or LVNs, 2 Techs
  • Night Shift: Same as above
  • Patient Ratios:
  • Day Shift: 1 Nurse : 56 Patients
  • Night Shift: 1 Nurse : 67 Patients
  • Equipment Available: Hoyers, wheelchairs, walkers, medication carts
  • EMR System: BLS

Core Skill Sets Required

  • Rehabilitation and transfer experience
  • Wound care experience

Typical Procedures Performed

  • Wound care and incision dressings
  • Foley catheter placement
  • Blood transfusions
  • Respiratory therapy (trach suctioning, breathing treatments)

Ideal Personality Fit

  • Highly organized
  • Collaborative and team-oriented

Dress Code

  • Facility standard scrubs (specific colors may apply)

Must-Have Skills (candidates without these will not be considered)

  • Rehabilitation (therapy) experience
  • CareTools proficiency
  • Meditech experience

Preferred/Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Additional specialty certifications or advanced wound care training
