Title: US- Lab Technician (Entry)
Location: Woodland, CA 95695
Duration: 2 Months
Shift is M-F 7:30am- 4pm
Description:
- This work is in the Vegetable Quality Lab, R&D. Technicians will be expected to do sample preparation, whole vegetable processing, data input into LIMS system(s), and general lab maintenance (dishes, chemical/consumable inventory, labeling). This is to collect quantitative data for fruit/vegetable characteristics. There will be opportunities for working with analytical equipment, pipetting, solvent preparation, and waste management.
REQUIREMENTS/PREFERENCES
Education Requirement(s):
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, not required: Client in agriculture, biology, or food science backgrounds.
