Onsite Role – Manufacturing Environment
We’re seeking a Technology Specialist Level II to provide hands-on IT support for a manufacturing site. This is a fully onsite role supporting PCs, servers, networks, and plant systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Onsite support for PCs, servers, networking, printers, and mobility
• PC lifecycle management (deployment, imaging, inventory)
• Coordinate infrastructure upgrades, patching, and cyber projects
• Support ServiceNow ticketing and vendor coordination
• Act as liaison between plant and IT teams
• Participate in on-call and after-hours support
Requirements:
• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years of IT support experience
• Strong Windows, networking, and troubleshooting skills
• ServiceNow experience is a plus
• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
