What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Sales Representative position at eTeam?
Overview:
Our client helps homeowners use their existing insurance coverage to get storm-damaged roofs fully replaced, often for nothing more than their deductible. You are not asking anyone to spend money. You are helping them use coverage they have already paid for. Reps who come from other sales backgrounds consistently say it is the easiest sale they have ever made.
What You Will Do:
You will spend roughly half your time canvassing residential neighborhoods in targeted high success areas, educating homeowners and getting them signed up. The other half you will be attending insurance inspection meetings at the homeowner’s property, advocating to get the claim approved. It is a two part role that combines outside sales with a learned skill set the company trains you on extensively. Most reps work Monday through Friday around 10am to 6pm with flexibility based on their pipeline.
The Earning Potential Is Real:
This is a 100% commission W2 role with advances paid throughout each deal. Strong new reps can realistically expect to earn around $4,000 in their first month.
• Average rep at 12 months: $120,000

Requirements:
