Role : DevOps Engineer

Location : Lake Mary, FL / Onsite

Duration : 1 year

1. CI / CD Pipeline Management (Jenkins)

  • Set up and manage Jenkins pipelines for continuous integration and continuous deployment.
  • Write and maintain Jenkinsfiles for pipeline automation.
  • Integrate Jenkins subversion and other Version control software
  • Implement automated testing (unit, integration, and performance tests) in the CI / CD process.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline failures and optimize performance.

2. WebSphere Application Server (WAS) Management

  • Deploy and manage applications on IBM WebSphere Application Server.
  • Automate deployments of Java-based applications in WebSphere.
  • Configure WebSphere clusters for high availability and load balancing.

    • 3. Infrastructure Management (AWS)

  • Design, implement, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure.
  • Provision and configure AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, ELB, Route 53, CloudFront, and Lambda.
  • Automate infrastructure using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Ansible.
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of cloud environments.

    • 4. Automation and Scripting (Optional)

  • Develop automation scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Write Ansible playbooks or Chef / Puppet scripts for server automation.

    • Essential Skills & Tools

  • Application Server : IBM WebSphere, ToClientat, JBoss
  • CI / CD : Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI / CD
  • Scripting : Bash, Python, Linux Shell, PowerShell
  • Configuration Management : Ansible, Terraform, CloudFormation
  • Optional Cloud : AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, CloudFormation)
