Job Title: Demand Planner III

Location: Beaverton, OR

Duration: 07 Months

Pay Range: $(47.89– 50.37)/hr on W2 all-inclusive without benefits

Hybrid: Mon – Thurs onsite, Fri remote

Job Description:

• On-site role at WHQ; typical work hours, 4/1 hybrid schedule (some Fridays may be required in office as per business needs)
• Contract expected to last ~7 months
• Degree preferred, not a hard requirement
• 5 years’ experience required

• Excel expertise
• Hands-on forecasting/planning experience

Responsibilities

• The nature of the work is focused on the effective and efficient distribution of products and services to customers.
• Utilizes advanced forecasting and analysis techniques to anticipate consumer demand and market trends.
• Develops detailed product demand plans for assigned category that result in high forecast accuracy, thereby contributing to and customer profitability.
• Provide technical expertise and mentoring within demand planning function.
• Develops, integrates and provides short-term accounts or brand specific forecasts for internal operations which include replenishment data, customer data, sales promotion information, marketing plans and new distribution/product deletions.
• Use statistical analysis and data-driven decision making tools for the validation of initial seasonal product by category. Support with documentation, timely communication.
• Analyzes internal demand stream information, and categorizes according to demand patterns.
• Use expertise to employ statistical techniques, business targets, causal factors, external market and sell-through analysis that will result in highly accurate global forecasts.

Education

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law 3 yrs; Masters 4 yrs; Associates degree 6 yrs; High School 7 yrs. Subject area: Business, Finance, Supply Chain or related field

Additional Notes:

• The ETW will mainly helping the team forecast future needs, as well as assist with stock and sales planning for future seasons
• ETW will work on men’s sportswear footwear team, but will also work closely with the women’s side as well; lots of cross functional work
• The team mentioned that the work will be fast-paced, and they need the candidate to be able to prioritize well
